This place lives up to the hype! It's hard to impress me with breakfast food because my father-in-law makes amazing omelets at home. But Maureen's is totally worth a visit for a fun brunch splurge.
Ambience is excellent - feels like you're in a country farmhouse somewhere, with a bunch of family around. Absolutely haimish vibes.
I loved the variety of omelets available. I love all the fillings - onions, mushrooms, artichoke (!?!) and cheese? Sign me up. I don't remember the name of what I ordered but it was fantastic. Can't wait to go back and try some of the other omelets.
My husband loves plain omelets and chocolate chip pancakes - he loved both. So even for the less adventurous eaters, this place is a hit.
Coffee was good, served in a big mug. Servers are professional and friendly and seem like they've been working there forever. It's a great spot.
Every time I go nothing but good food. Make sure to bring cash to pay and depending on the time you arrive might be a wait on the weekends.
Oooh. How do I love this place! It's one of my stops when I visit NY. It's family owned and just open for breakfast and lunch, til 2. I got the sausage apple cheese omelette. I felt I liked all 3 things on their own, why not. And damn! Was this good!!!! Staff here are always on point and friendly. You will have to wait tho. There's always a wait, especially on the weekend. Not sure about during the week tho. The place has such a cute ambiance and decor to it. Lots of cows as you can tell by the pictures. Just everywhere you look, there's something. So goooo!
Maureens is very nostalgic for me. My best friend and I have eaten here together since we were young and the food has always been amazing. So much so, that you can almost guarantee a line out the door and some sort of wait (totally worth it though!)
They are cash only so prepare ahead of time.
They always have an awesome pancake selection and my personal favorite is Pistachio. They also have incredible granola that is a must try! Fabulous sandwiches as well. Can't go wrong here.

The service was great, the food was delicious and arrived fast and hot! They were quite , which lands to a rather loud noise level but that's completely tolerable to me! Would definitely return.
